Westlaw - Provides in-depth online legal research tools. This service offers many advantages to the traditional library, including reduced search and copying time and more databases and sources for investigation. Excerpts from opinions may be directly removed from the case and pasted into a document or brief. This service also provides KeyCite citation verification capabilities to assure the timeliness and accuracy of each opinion.

Alabama State Judicial Information System (SJIS) - Maintained by the Administrative Office of Courts for the State of Alabama, this system offers access to electronic records of the pending and disposed cases from each county clerk’s office, which are housed in the main computer bank in Montgomery, Alabama. By accessing this online system, an attorney, paralegal or law clerk can perform instant, comprehensive litigation and criminal background checks and gain electronic updates on cases from all venues in the state.

ALALINC -- Posts each opinion of the Alabama Supreme Court, Alabama Court of Civil Appeals and Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals is available on the day of its release. As such, the attorneys and staff of Wilson & Berryhill, P.C. stay completely current regarding the most recent legal decisions.
