Rapid Response On-Site Service
We make it our priority to be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Wilson & Berryhill’s Rapid On-Site Service sets the firm apart. This is why our clients rest assured, knowing that able legal counsel is by their side the moment a disastrous event is reported. Our firm’s Rapid Response Team consists of David M. Wilson, Jonathan L. Berryhill and designated associates. We partner with the independent adjusting firm preferred by the client, or will recommend one if the client does not have a preferred independent adjuster. Due to our years of experience in representing trucking companies, we have access to accident reconstruction specialists who can be on scene within hours of the accident to begin early and effective investigation, evidence preservation and scene documentation. The designated attorney on scene is responsible for acting as a buffer between law enforcement and the driver, coordinates any communications between law enforcement and the client, handles any media on scene and directs the activities of the independent adjuster and/or accident reconstruction specialists.
