James E. Mitchell, Jr.
Jimmy joined the firm as an Associate attorney in August, 2009. Following his admission to the Bar in 2003, Jimmy went into private practice with a firm devoted to representing plaintiffs in civil litigation. He gained considerable experience in a number of different types of cases and tried several cases, both jury and non-jury, on his own. Since joining Wilson & Berryhill, Jimmy’s primary areas of practice have been in workers’ compensation, dram shop, construction defect and general insurance defense. Jimmy is a native of Virginia and an avid Kentucky basketball fan. He is allowed to continue his employment with the firm is spite of that fault.
