MISSION STATEMENT

Wilson & Berryhill, P. C., a civil defense litigation firm dedicated to the delivery of the highest quality legal services, acts as an effective and responsible advocate protecting its clients’ interests and utilizes its resources to achieve legal objectives in the most cost effective manner possible.

The attorneys have represented a wide range of clients in varying types of litigation. As a result of these experiences, our attorneys have come to understand our role in the legal system. Our primary role is early evaluation of the case based upon the information available, consultation with the client to determine the desired objective or result, gathering all relevant information from all identifiable sources, assimilation of all facts and applicable law into an organized and understandable form, and zealously representing the client’s best interest. Our firm is committed to honest billing practices to insure the client receives the full benefit of the firm’s best efforts at a fair price.

ABOUT US

Wilson & Berryhill, P. C. is primarily devoted to trial and appellate practice in the insurance and corporate defense litigation area. The firm handles defense of manners involving personal injury, auto/trucking liability, products liability, workers’ compensation, employment law, fraud, municipal liability, and appellate work in all state and federal courts throughout Alabama. In addition, the firm also serves as local counsel for several small and medium-sized local businesses including Nighthawk Publications, Inc., and as local counsel for national firms such as Roadway Express, Inc., Fed Ex Custom Critical and Waffle House.
